The formula tests both conditions with AND, returns Ready only when status and quantity both pass, and provides an explicit Review result when either condition fails instead of leaving the false branch implicit.

Check before you paste

  • Put value_if_true and value_if_false in the intended order before rewriting the condition.
  • Add a deliberate false branch instead of letting Google Sheets return a blank by default.
  • Wrap text results in quotes and check whether your Sheets locale expects commas or semicolons.
  • For AND and OR tests, verify each comparison separately on one known row.
  • Use IFERROR only after the IF logic is correct, so real parse, reference, or value problems stay visible while you repair the formula.
